Fun and Unique Experiences for Dogs and Their People

We bring dogs and their people together for connection, education, and exercise in a positive, welcoming, and fun environment. We host around 75-125 in-person and online events every year.

Benefits of Joining a Golden Dog Adventure

  • Reconnect with Nature: Escape the hustle and bustle of your busy week and reconnect with the natural world. Our adventures are held in tranquil settings that allow both you and your dog to enjoy the peace and beauty of outdoor environments.
  • Quality Exercise: Adventures encourage healthy outdoor activity. Our events provide a great way to get exercise, helping to maintain physical health and mental well-being for both dogs and their handlers.
  • Social Learning: You and your dog can observe and learn from other confident dogs and their handlers. This setting is perfect for dogs and their people who may require extra space and a more gentle introduction to group dynamics.
  • Connect with Like-Minded People: Meet and bond with other dog lovers who share your passion for pets and the outdoors. Our in-person adventures foster a sense of community and camaraderie among participants.
  • Reduce Stress: Spending time in nature, particularly with animals, reduces stress and improves mood. These adventures offer a relaxed atmosphere where you can unwind and enjoy your dog’s company while meeting and learning from others.
  • Enhance Dog Behavior: Regular participation in structured group activities like these leads to better behavior at home as dogs learn to navigate social situations more effectively.
  • Personalized Attention: Our adventures offer personalized attention from guides and trainers, allowing for a tailored experience that meets the specific needs of your dog.
  • Adventure Variety: Each adventure offers a different experience along with different trails and sights, providing new and exciting experiences for repeat participants. This variety keeps both dogs and handlers engaged and eager to explore more.
  • Opportunity for Training: These settings provide unique opportunities to practice training in real-world conditions, reinforcing cues and behaviors learned in more controlled environments.
  • Photos and Memories: Capture beautiful moments with your dog in natural settings, creating lasting memories and perhaps even filling your social media with snapshots of your adventures.
