This month, we’re proud to spotlight Andreanna and her beloved rescue pup, Nora—a courageous, deeply bonded duo who have come so far together since becoming a Golden Dog Club Member two years ago.
When Andreanna first took a chance on a Golden Dog adventure—a hike and cider social at North Country Hard Cider—she wasn’t sure what to expect. Nora, a mixed-breed rescue with fear-based reactivity, was still learning to navigate a world that often felt overwhelming. But that single outing marked the beginning of something transformative.
Over the past two years, Nora and Andreanna have attended more than 45 adventures as loyal Club members, building confidence through positive, inclusive experiences designed for all dogs and their humans. With every parallel walk, enrichment activity, and patio gathering, Nora has grown braver—and Andreanna has grown prouder.
On their one-year “adventure-versary” they returned to where it all began: North Country Hard Cider. Nora voluntarily settled at the table, walked calmly alongside another dog, and soaked in the safe, supportive atmosphere that has helped her blossom.
Beyond her own journey, Andreanna has become a guiding voice in the community—sharing her experience with muzzle training, advocating for fearful dogs, and helping other Club members navigate similar challenges with compassion and hope.
