In consideration of being permitted to participate in events and activities organized by Bisson Barcelona, LLC d/b/a Golden Dog Adventure Co. (“Golden Dog”), I acknowledge and voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with activities involving animals, including but not limited to risks of injury, illness, property damage, or death to myself or my dog. I understand that such risks may arise from the actions of my dog, other participants, animals, environmental conditions, or other circumstances beyond Golden Dog’s control. I agree to follow all instructions, guidelines, and safety procedures established by Golden Dog and take full responsibility for my own actions and those of my dog. I voluntarily waive and release any and all claims, causes of action, and demands against Golden Dog, its owners, employees, agents, or affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in these activities. Additionally, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Dog, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities, including legal fees, resulting from my or my dog’s actions, including but not limited to injuries caused to other participants, dogs, or third parties. This Agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, executors, and legal representatives and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties. BY SIGNING BELOW, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE, INCLUDING THE WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, EFFECTIVE AS OF THE DATE SIGNED.

In consideration of participating in walks, hikes, fitness classes, or other activities organized by Bisson Barcelona, LLC d/b/a Golden Dog Adventure Co. (“Golden Dog”), I acknowledge that these activities may involve physical exertion for both myself and my dog, as well as exposure to contagious illnesses, including but not limited to COVID-19, influenza, and other communicable diseases. I understand that while Golden Dog takes reasonable precautions, it cannot eliminate all risks of illness, injury, or incident. I agree that it is my responsibility to consult my physician regarding my ability to safely participate in walking, hiking, and fitness activities, and to consult my veterinarian regarding my dog’s health and ability to handle these environments. By attending, I voluntarily assume all risks, including those arising from my failure to take these precautions, and release Golden Dog, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims related to my participation.

I grant Bisson Barcelona, LLC d/b/a Golden Dog Adventure Co. (“Golden Dog”) permission to capture and use photos, videos, or audio recordings of me taken during events for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, the Golden Dog website, brochures, banners, print materials, and educational content. I understand that these images may be edited, shared, or displayed publicly and that I will not receive compensation for their use. I acknowledge that Golden Dog will use these materials respectfully to highlight its events and community. This permission is granted without time or geographic limitations, and by signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand this release.
