DOGGY OLYMPICS: Howling (Singing) Competition

ABOUT THE EVENT:
Does your dog have a flair for vocal expression, be it barking, howling, singing, or chatting? It’s time to let their voices shine at the Ultimate Howling/Singing Competition, guided by certified Animal Communicator, Jody Crotty. This event celebrates the unique ways our dogs communicate and offers a fun, engaging platform for them to show off their vocal talents. Prepare for a series of vocal competitions where your dog’s vocal skills will be put to the test. Each participating team will have 60 seconds per round to impress the judges in the following categories:

• Sing Off: Compete to be the loudest dog in a group—think of it as the canine version of a battle of the bands!
• In Harmony: A duet challenge where both you and your dog will sing together, showcasing your harmonious partnership.
• Longest Howl: Challenge your dog to hold a howl for as long as possible.
• Try Not to Howl Challenge: Test your dog’s restraint as they try not to make a sound amidst various distractions.

Participants will start with warm-up exercises to get their vocal cords ready. Please bring high value treats to encourage your dog as needed.

This event is perfect for pet parents looking to engage actively with their dogs and enjoy a day filled with laughter and camaraderie. Come and discover if your dog is the next top vocal artist at the Doggy Olympics!

2. Dog/Handler Communication
3. Confidence Level & Focus
4. Most Improved

Reactive Dog Level 1. See our Comfort Chart for explanation. For this competition, we will be located outside at Garrison Hill Tower in Dover. There will be plenty of room to spread out so that your dog feels comfortable. 2024 Summer Doggy Olympics participants, please register below and choose the ticket you prefer for this competition (regular or reactive dog friendly). 24 hours prior to your competition start time, you will receive an event reminder/confirmation with additional details.

Garrison Hill Tower, Dover, NH – GPS should bring you directly to this location. Located off Central Avenue between Dover downtown and the “miracle mile” mall area. Turn right on Abbey Sawyer Road at sign just before the entrance to Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.
