DOGGY OLYMPICS: Treat Triathlon Competition at Woofmeow

ABOUT THE EVENT:
Gear up for an exciting Canine Treat Triathlon Challenge! This event tests your dog’s sniffing, dexterity, and problem-solving abilities through three stages of increasing difficulty.

• Stage 1: Sniff and Discover (Easy) – Kick off the challenge with our snuffle mats. Treats are openly scattered across the mats, inviting your dog to use their keen sense of smell to hunt them down. This simple yet engaging activity serves as a warm-up for the more complex tasks ahead.
• Stage 2: Balancing Act (Medium) – Next, we elevate the challenge using a combination of bowls and boxes. Treats are concealed within these containers, and your dog will need to navigate and manipulate them to access the rewards. The setup varies in complexity, testing your dog’s dexterity and ingenuity.
• Stage 3: Puzzle Master (Hard) – The finale features a variety of treat-dispensing puzzle toys. These puzzles are designed to stretch your dog’s cognitive abilities and perseverance. Solving these will require patience and cleverness, providing a satisfying end to the triathlon.

Get ready for a day filled with fun and discovery. This challenge is not only a great way to bond with your furry friend but also a fantastic opportunity to encourage their natural skills. Please bring high value treats with you!

JUDGING CRITERIA: You and your dog will be judged on the following criteria.

3. Confidence Level

IS THIS EVENT GOOD FOR REACTIVE DOGS?
Reactive Dog Level 2. See our Comfort Chart for explanation. For this competition, you will be inside Woofmeow in Dover, NH to have your dog’s problem solving abilities judged. If your dog is uncomfortable in pet stores with other people/dogs inside, then this would not be a good event for your pup. If your dog needs additional space or consideration, please choose the Reactive Dog Friendly ticket option below.
