DOGGY SOCIAL: Playtime, Toys, Ball Pits & Games

ABOUT THE EVENT:
Thanks to our partnership with Friendly Pets, we have access to the back section of their dog park for our spring, summer, and fall Doggy Socials.

Join us for a doggy get together in a safe and controlled environment where we will bring in lots of fun, including confidence building equipment, ball pits with treats, and chew, pull, and throw toys just for the dogs. There will also be plenty of social time for the pups to meet and make new friends. This event is perfect for dogs that have good social skills and have been to a dog daycare or dog park setting before.

Your dog will benefit from:

• Positive social exposure to other dogs and people in a controlled environment;
• Focused activities that provide mental and physical stimulation;
• Guidance from an experienced dog handler on proper play.

IS THIS EVENT GOOD FOR REACTIVE DOGS?
This event is NOT good for reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs that have not yet experienced a pack of loose dogs. Also, if your dog has any resource guarding behavior this event would not be good for them. Please do not sign up if you feel your dog would be uncomfortable in this social situation since we want all people and dogs to be safe and have a positive experience. COST: Limited to 8 dogs

• Members – $15/dog Your special pricing will be reflected in the CART.
• Non-members – $20/dog

Please no children under the age of 13; must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 21. Full refund issued if cancellation received 48 hours prior to event start time, otherwise no refund if canceled after. 

DIRECTIONS/PARKING:
Friendly Pets, 40 Concord Road, Lee, NH. The dog park is out behind the pet store. You must first check in with their front desk and tell them you are here for the Golden Dog Adventure Co. doggy social. Then proceed through the front park entrance to the back part of the dog park.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE JOINING AN EVENT:
Please review our Club Guidelines, sign our Liability Waivers & Release Forms, and read our covid guidelines on our Events & Activities page.

CANCELLATIONS:
If weather or covid conditions make gathering and walking unsafe, the event will be cancelled and registered participants will receive a email cancellation notice. It will also be announced in the Event section of the Facebook Community Group and on this Calendar page.
