DOGGY SOCIAL: Winter Wiggles at the Playground

ABOUT THE EVENT:
Share the joy this winter at our next Winter Wiggles Social — a structured off-leash gathering designed to build connection, confidence, community, and canine joy.

If you’re tired of unpredictable dog park dynamics or worried about negative encounters setting your dog back, this social offers a thoughtful alternative.

Bundle up and join us at the Golden Dog Playground for a facilitated winter gathering where dogs can romp in the snow, explore new scents, and strengthen their social skills in a safe, supportive environment. From snow-loving zoomers to mellow observers, dogs of all sizes and energy levels are welcomed and thoughtfully managed.

Dogs enjoy full access to our 1-acre fully fenced Playground alongside their human, with intentional social flow and guidance throughout. Confidence-building equipment, natural parkour stations in the woods, enrichment toys, and structured sniffing opportunities allow dogs to engage at their own pace while learning from canine role models.

After playtime, warm up together with hot cocoa, tea, and treats for both pups and people.

IS THIS EVENT GOOD FOR REACTIVE DOGS?
Reactive Dog Level 3-4. See our Comfort Chart for explanation. This event is NOT good for reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs that have not yet experienced a pack of loose dogs. Also, if your dog has any resource guarding behavior this event would not be comfortable for them. Please do not sign up if you feel your dog would be uncomfortable in this social situation since we want all people and dogs to be safe and have a positive experience. • Not-Yet Members – $40/dog

Please no children under the age of 13; must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian under the age of 18. Please email cancel@goldendognh.com if your plans have changed. Full refund issued if cancellation received 48 hours prior to event start time, otherwise no refund if canceled after. 

DIRECTIONS/PARKING:
This social will be held at the Golden Dog Playground located in Barrington, NH. Participants will receive all the details 24 hours prior to the event start time.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE JOINING AN EVENT:

CANCELLATIONS:
If weather or covid conditions make gathering and walking unsafe, the event will be cancelled and registered participants will receive a email cancellation notice. It will also be announced in the Event section of the Facebook Community Group and on this Calendar page.
