MEMBER ONLY: Happy Birthday Ray at Flag Hill

ABOUT THE EVENT:

Members, join us for a 1.5-2 mile stroll on the trail at Flag Hill Distillery & Winery in Lee, NH. We will explore the vineyards, visit with the animals, walk down to the Lamprey river, and let the dogs have a sniff-o-rama. After, we will relax and unwind on Flag Hill’s dog-friendly deck to celebrate Ray’s birthday and enjoy wine, cocktails, and food boards. Birthday cake for the humans and treats for the pups.

After, visit the tasting room and gift store (dogs are allowed) which is housed in the original 17th Century post and beam barn, built on the property years ago for the purpose of housing cattle. This adventure is 21 and over only.

IS THIS EVENT GOOD FOR REACTIVE DOGS?
Reactive Dog Level 2-3. See our Comfort Chart for explanation. The trail is wide with grassy areas on the side. This area attracts walkers and bicyclists as well as tourists along the waterfront.  Your dog should be comfortable with this level of activity as well as children who may be playing in the parks. If your dog would be uncomfortable in this environment, we recommend attending without your dog. If you have concerns or questions about if this event is right for your dog, please email woof@goldendognh.com for assistance.

TRAIL RATING:
The Flag Hill trail is rated as Level 1, Stroll. The trail is dirt or grass, mostly flat, and wide. See an explanation of our Trail Rating System.

COST: Please register for this event below. You may also register other family members when you sign up who will be arriving in the same car with you.

Members, if you register and cannot attend, please cancel within 48 hours to avoid a cancellation fee of $25/person. Please email cancel@goldendognh.com.

DIRECTIONS/PARKING:
Flag Hill is located at 297 North River Road in Lee, NH. Watch for additional directions and parking instructions which will be sent 24 hours prior to the event.

CANCELLATIONS:
If weather or covid conditions make gathering and walking unsafe, the event will be cancelled and announced in the Event section of the Facebook Group and on this Calendar page. If you are registered, you will also receive a cancellation announcement via email.
