OFFICIAL CLUB ADVENTURE: Health & Wellness Fair
ABOUT THE EVENT:
For this Official Club Adventure, we are headed to Concord, NH for a fun and interactive health and wellness fair with the team at Canine Strong headquarters.
At this event you and your dog will learn about staying healthy and fit by participating in interactive mental and physical enrichment activities, including sensory pools, water stations, social play, canine fitness fun, and more.
Join us in the outside, grassy area to get your dog’s sniffer working with a number of activities that will stimulate their brain and offer relaxation.
After, head inside for demonstrations, a massage session with your dog, and physical enrichment in the open gym. You will be taught proper canine fitness techniques that you can try using with Canine Strong’s equipment.
In addition, you will also learn about different therapies to help increase your dog’s vitality such as water-based rehabilitation, cold laser therapy, chiropractic care, massage, and acupuncture. Your dog can experience a mini cold laser therapy session and you will enjoy bonding with your dog while learning proper and caring massage techniques, which you will practice on your dog.
The experts at Canine Strong will also be available to answer your questions about what therapies are right for your dog, post-injury and post-surgical rehab techniques, senior wellness, puppy fitness, benefits of chiropractic and cold laser therapy and the conditions it can be used to treat, and much more!
IS THIS EVENT GOOD FOR REACTIVE DOGS?
Activities at this event takes place outside and inside. Groups will be split up so numbers are lower at each station, but there will occasionally be dogs closer to each other at different activities. If your dog is uncomfortable standing near other dogs during a demonstration or in an open play area then this event would not be good for them. Dog guardians are welcome to attend without their dogs to learn all about what Canine Strong offers for fun, fitness, and rehab services. If you have concerns or questions about if this event is right for your dog, please email email@example.com for assistance.

April is a lifelong pet owner whose furry family members have included dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, birds, turtles and even snakes.
April has been a licensed massage therapist since 1995. While she loves working with her human clients, she has always felt a draw towards and a connection with animals. In 2009, April decided to combine her passions and begin working with animals professionally. She opened her business, Healthy Pets NH with the aim of providing pet owners with training and education in emergency and wellness care for pets. Her goal was to help pet owners to create safer, healthier and happier lifestyles for their pets. She is certified through Pet Tech, which is the only international company that exists exclusively to provide training in CPR, First Aid, and care for pets to pet owners and pet professionals.
It was not long before April realized that her true passion was in the prevention and improvement of mobility issues experienced by animals. In 2016 April became a Fit Paws Master Trainer and earned her title as a Certified Canine Fitness Trainer. Since then she has been designing strength and conditioning programs to support dogs with mobility issues and physical challenges.
