OFFICIAL CLUB ADVENTURE: Senior Dogs Enrichment & Storytime Social

ABOUT THE EVENT:
Join us for a heartwarming and engaging adventure designed exclusively for senior dogs ages 8 years and up and their humans. Hosted at No Monkey Business Dog Training in Concord, NH, this indoor-friendly event combines physical enrichment, mental stimulation, and a special tribute to the beloved senior pups in our lives.

Interactive enrichment stations will offer senior-friendly activities designed to boost confidence, mobility, and engagement. Dogs will explore specially modified equipment and enjoy gentle games that stimulate their minds and bodies.

Senior Dog Storytime & Legacy Tribute will provide an opportunity to share and celebrate your senior dog’s journey. Participate in a guided reflection on the impact your dog has had on your life, add their story to the memory wall, and create a special “Legacy Pawprint” keepsake to cherish forever.

Expert Q&A with trainer Helen St. Pierre will offer insights into senior dog health, activity modifications, and overall wellbeing to help your dog thrive in their golden years.

A social event for senior pups and their people, this gathering provides a chance to connect with other dog guardians who share the joy of loving an older dog. Whether your pup still enjoys a good romp or prefers a slower pace, this inclusive and supportive event ensures fun for all.

This event is open to senior dogs only, ages 8 years and up. This event will be about celebrating the love, wisdom, and joy that senior dogs bring into our lives.

IS THIS EVENT GOOD FOR REACTIVE DOGS?
Reactive Dog Level 1-2. See our Comfort Chart for explanation. This event is a good one for reactive dogs since we are limiting to 15 dogs with split sessions inside and outside (weather permitting). If you have concerns or questions about if this event is right for your dog, please email woof@goldendognh.com for assistance.

COST: Please register for this event below. Limited to 15 dogs.

• Golden Dog Members – $30/dog (Your special pricing will be reflected in the CART.)
• Non-Members – $45/dog

Full refund issued if cancellation received 48 hours prior to event start time, otherwise no refund if canceled after. 

ABOUT HELEN ST. PIERRE:
Helen St. Pierre has been training dogs for over 20 years. She is a professional member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers, a member of the Association of Animal Behavior Professionals and is a certified member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants and a member of the Pet Professional Guild. Helen is also a licensed Dogs and Storks presenter, a licensed Dogs and Toddlers presenter, and a certified AKC evaluator. She also has 11 dogs of her own.

CANCELLATIONS:
If weather or covid conditions make gathering and walking unsafe, the event will be cancelled and registered participants will receive a email cancellation notice. It will also be announced in the Event section of the Facebook Community Group and on this Calendar page.
