OFFICIAL CLUB EVENT: Canine Meditation
ABOUT THE EVENT:
For our last Official Club Event for 2022, we are headed to Canine Academy located in Berwick, ME for a Canine Meditation training activity with Kara Dello Russo Brady, our featured expert for November.
At Canine Academy, Kara and her team will take a “deep dive” into understanding the real life application and regulation of anxiety in pet dogs. They will demonstrate how you can reprogram your dog’s brains to “power down” as a default and avoid a lot of anxious and high arousal behaviors. Attendees will participate in the activities and take home lots of tips and resources they can start using with their dog.
You will learn:
- How to properly teach your dog to relax;
- How to wean your dog off of treats and create default behaviors;
- How to create real life transformation in your anxious, fearful, or reactive dog.
