OFFICIAL CLUB EVENT: Celebrate Dakota’s & Gilly’s Birthday @ Foster’s Pond Natural Area

ABOUT THE EVENT:
For our 1st Official Club Walk for 2022, we are headed to Foster’s Pond Natural Area in Windham, NH to celebrate Ms. Gilly’s 6th birthday and Dakota’s 13th birthday. Join the celebration and ask your dog if they would like to dress for the party!
Ms. Gilly and Dakota enjoy the Foster Pond Loop Trail which is approximately 2 miles long. The loop is very pretty in winter and has some narrow pathways, but is an easy trail with a 59 ft. elevation gain.
Be prepared with ice cleats and/or snowshoes depending on snow fall by the end of February.
Visit the NH Dog Walking Club table to check in and pick up a birthday treat for you and your dog. If you attend 6 Official Club Adventures in 2022, you will earn a Club t-shirt.
This trail is rated as Level 1. It is an easy trail with some narrow pathways and a 59 ft. elevation gain.
COST: Please register for this event below.

- Non-Members – $25/person/dog
Full refund issued if cancellation received 48 hours prior to event start time, otherwise no refund if canceled after.
Meet the party in the parking lot at the trailhead located at 50 Nashua Road in Windham, NH. Take route 93 to exit 3. Go West on Route 111. At the second set of lights, turn right onto North Lowell Road. Go 1.2 miles and turn left onto Londonderry Road. Continue 1.2 miles and turn left onto Nashua Road. Go 0.4 miles and park in the second lot, near the basketball courts.

If weather or covid conditions make gathering and walking unsafe, the event will be cancelled and registered participants will receive a email cancellation notice. It will also be announced in the Event section of the Facebook Group and on this Calendar page.
