ONLINE CRAFT CLASS: Lickable Art Kits with Lauren Ward

ABOUT THE EVENT:

Is your dog the next Picasso? Looking for a unique gift your dog can create for a family member this holiday season? Join us for a fun and informative evening with your dog and Lauren Ward, Pet Death Doula. Lauren will guide participants through the creation of this virtual activity with your dog to create an art keepsake.

In addition, Lauren will lead a discussion on end-of-life planning and share her 50 Ideas Bucket List for memories to create with your pet(s). The bucket list is broken down into three categories: Experiences, Food, and Sentimental. Lauren will share what a bucket list is, when to start a bucket list, and how to modify bucket lists. Participants are encouraged to share their ideas as well as experiences on creating their own pet bucket list.

Each participant will receive a lickable art kit which includes an 8X8 canvas, peanut butter cup, plastic knife, 3 non-toxic paint colors (light blue, dark blue, green), plastic zip bag & instructions. If your dog is allergic to peanut butter, please alert us and a substitution will be made.

Art kits can be shipped for an additional $8/kit or picked up in Barrington at no additional charge if ordered by November 13th. Kits can also be picked up at no additional charge at the Official Club Walk with Lauren Ward on Sunday, November 14th.

ABOUT LAUREN WARD:

Lauren is a pet death doula, a certified pet loss & grief companion and owner of Safe Haven Pet Loss Center in Peabody, MA. She believes every phase of a pet’s life is important and deserves to be honored and meaningful, including end-of-life.
