ABOUT THE EVENT:
Dr. Lisa Boyer, DVM, of Animal Health Consultants, will be giving a presentation on Howl-oween Health: Keeping Your Dog Happy & Healthy during Halloween.

This presentation will go beyond recognizing the “toxins” and dangerous products found during the Halloween season, and will discuss why Halloween poses significant challenges for our dogs physically and behaviorally. Dr. Boyer will also delve into how to make this Halloween season fun and stress free for your dog.

ABOUT LISA BOYER, DVM:
Dr. Lisa Boyer is the owner of Animal Health Consultants and has dedicated 22 years to practicing as an emergency veterinarian. She regularly shares her knowledge as a featured speaker in the Golden Dog “Ask the Veterinarian” series.

In addition to her veterinary practice, Dr. Boyer is an enthusiast of canine sports and a professional in integrative medicine, trained in both western medicine and holistic modalities such as acupuncture and canine fitness. She also works as a dog trainer and breeder.

She has authored numerous articles for sporting dog magazines, contributing significantly to the field.
