ONLINE EVENT: Eating to Support Movement with Michelle Rosenblatt
ABOUT THE EVENT:
As we move into spring, many of us are ready to be more active — walking more, getting outside, and rebuilding strength and mobility.
But without the right fueling, movement can feel harder than it should. Low energy, soreness, stiffness, and slow recovery often come down to how (and when) we’re eating and hydrating.
This interactive Zoom session focuses on how to fuel your body to support movement, mobility, recovery, and joint health through practical, sustainable nutrition and daily habits. Nutrition remains the anchor because how you fuel directly impacts how you move, recover, and feel.
Our guest expert for this month’s discussion is Michelle Tsimtsos Rosenblatt, LWMC, founder of Nutrastep, a lifestyle and wellness coaching practice based in Belmont, NH. Michelle specializes in helping individuals move beyond all-or-nothing thinking to build realistic, sustainable habits that support long-term health. Her approach emphasizes balance, consistency, and meeting people where they are — making her perspective especially valuable when it comes to fueling movement in real life.
This 90-minute guided discussion creates space for meaningful conversation and practical application. Guests are encouraged to participate through guided prompts and live Q&A to gain the greatest benefit — leaving with actionable tools, clearer insight into how their nutrition supports movement, and supportive connection with others navigating similar goals.
What we’ll cover:
- How under-fueling impacts energy, mobility, and recovery
- The role of protein in supporting muscles, joints, and strength
- Smart carbohydrate strategies for walking, endurance, and daily movement
- Hydration’s impact on joints, fascia, and overall movement quality
- Simple ways to fuel before and after activity without overcomplicating it
Together, we’ll explore how small, intentional shifts in fueling and routine can help you move more comfortably, recover more efficiently, and build strength and confidence in your daily life.
Please note: While sessions are recorded for internal purposes, they are not shared externally to preserve a safe and supportive environment. We encourage you to attend live to be part of the conversation.
