ONLINE EVENT: Calm and Focus Skills – Teaching Self-Regulation for Reactive Dogs
ABOUT THE EVENT:
Do you have a reactive dog and want to better understand their unique needs while connecting with a supportive community? Our Reactive Dog Support Group meets online the 2nd Thursday of each month from 7:00 – 8:30pm ET, March through November, in our Zoom Room.
This group is a safe space to learn, share, and grow alongside other reactive dog guardians. You’ll gain insights into your dog’s behavior, discuss real-life challenges and successes, and hear inspiring stories from fellow participants.
Each 90-minute session includes:
✅ Open discussion where members can share struggles and wins
✅ Expert-led guidance and training resources
✅ Monthly themes and suggested pre-session activities to reinforce learning
✅ Special guest appearances throughout the year

Calm and Focus Skills – Teaching Self-Regulation for Reactive Dogs
As outdoor distractions increase in late spring, helping your reactive dog stay calm and focused becomes essential. In May, we’ll dive into techniques that teach your dog how to self-regulate, focus on you, and recover more quickly from stressful situations.
