PACK ADVENTURE: Hiking & Swimming at Jim Hill Riverwalk

ABOUT THE EVENT:
Pack Adventures are hiking events that happen during the week. They attract a smaller number of people which is perfect for dogs that need some additional space in a group. To welcome the start of summer this month, our Pack Adventures will involve water play as well as a hike in nature. And if available, a stop for a sweet treat after.

Join us for a hike on the Jim Hill Riverwalk with beautiful views of the Contoocook River.  This trail has an elevation gain of 45 ft. and is 3.7 miles long. See Trail Map. Depending on the weather, we may walk the entire trail or just a portion and then enjoy swimming in the river. A long lead and water shoes is recommended for swimming.

This trail is rated a 1. Mostly flat and wide.

COST:
Tickets are limited to 15 people. Scroll down to purchase.

Full refund issued if cancellation received 48 hours prior to event start time, otherwise no refund if canceled after. 

DIRECTIONS/PARKING:
Parking for the Jim Hill Riverwalk is located at 2-198 Runnells Rd, in Concord, NH. Drive to the end of the road (approximately 1.5 miles). When the road ends, park on the right. You will see our car.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE JOINING AN EVENT:

CANCELLATIONS:
If weather or covid conditions make gathering and walking unsafe, the event will be cancelled and announced in the Event section of the Facebook Group and on this Calendar page.
