ABOUT KRISTIN MENDOZA:
After graduating college from Boston University, Kristin moved to California to be among the innovators in Silicon Valley while attending law school at the University of San Francisco School of Law. After graduating, she landed her first position with a Boston law firm and has worked in the corporate departments of large regional law firms for most of her career.

Working with entrepreneurs and business owners has always been Kristin’s favorite part of practice. With over 20 years of experience advising clients on a variety of business and transactional matters, she is always looking for ways to improve upon how she serves her clients. Kristin launched Abridge Law in July 2020 to offer small businesses and startups the same level of sophisticated business law advice that can be accessed in larger firms but with a flat fee billing model that is more budget-friendly to small business owners.

Kristin served as President of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association from 2008-2010 and has since held board positions with the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Greater Nashua, the Nashua Bar Association and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua. She also volunteers with the Center for Women & Enterprise and the NH Small Business Development Center.
