POP UP ADVENTURE: Hike @ Beaver Brook in Hollis

ABOUT THE EVENT:
This walk is part of a series of walks that “pop up” on the calendar throughout the year. It gives members the opportunity to get out more and enjoy fresh air and friends.

We will be joined by Cathy Ford, a former educator at Beaver Brook Association who will guide us on some of her favorite trails at this beautiful location in Hollis. Conditions will be muddy so please choose your footwear accordingly. We expect to hike between 3-4 miles at this location.

TRAIL RATING:
The trail is rated a 1.5-2. They are mostly wide with some narrow paths and some inclines.

COST:

Full refund issued if cancellation received 48 hours prior to event start time, otherwise no refund if canceled after. 

DIRECTIONS/PARKING:
Beaver Brook has two entrances. The larger parking lot is located at 117 Ridge Road in Hollis, NH. This is where we will be located. We will be parked on the right hand side down more towards where the trails start. You will see our table and car with signs.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE JOINING AN EVENT:

CANCELLATIONS:
If weather or covid conditions make gathering and walking unsafe, the event will be cancelled and announced in the Event section of the Facebook Group and on this Calendar page.
