SPECIAL EVENT: A Meditative & Contemplative Walk with Spiritual Teacher Manny Muros
ABOUT THE EVENT:
Join us on National Dog Mom’s Day (the day before Mother’s Day) for a unique experience in nature with Manuel Jose Muros, a mystic and spiritual teacher, and the founder of the Alnoba Peace Foundation.
Manny Muros will lead participants on a 90-minute meditative nature walk at the beautiful Creek Farm Reservation in Portsmouth, NH. On this adventure, participants will begin with a walk along the beautiful shores of the Reservation and the Little Harbor Loop Trail. We will then walk out to a point overlooking the bay while we sit in contemplative thought taking in all the beauty that Mother Nature has to offer in this area.
On your journey, Manny will guide you into a deepening state of presence as you are enriched by the vibration of the natural habitat. We will cultivate greater stillness, peace and harmony within oneself as we learn to open and surrender to the beauty inherent in each moment.
During this adventure, participants will:
- Follow their breath to become more present;
- Learn how to listen with all of your senses to drop down from our endless thought patterns to the beauty inherent in the present moment;
- Connect to the “vibration” of nature and receive its gifts of well-being and peace.
At the end of the event, we will loop back to the bay where the dogs can enjoy a swim on long lead in Sagamore Creek. After, join us for lunch and a sweet treat at the Ice House in Rye.
