Mexican Independence Day Celebration Doggy Style

Members of the NH Dog Walking Club recently celebrated Mexican Independence Day doggy style at Henry Law Park in Dover, NH.

Dogs and their people, dressed for the occasion, engaged in games and activities such as find the hot dog, Mexican trivia, and learn a Spanish cue.

Winners took turns swinging at a 3 ft. piñata filled with dog biscuits. Once the colorful donkey was opened, dogs enjoyed a yummy snack.

Sit.Stay.Smile. Pet Photography, a Club partner, offered themed photos for participants with funds raised donated to the Club’s Charitable Partner’s Program.

The day culminated with a stroll on Dover’s Riverwalk to Auspicious Brew where everyone enjoyed cold drinks, including kombucha from New Hampshire’s first licensed kombucha brewery. The event with burritos from Dos Mexican Eats.
