Lucas Bisson is the founder and owner of Treasured Connections Pet Services, a Golden Dog partner based in Barrington, NH, offering pet sitting, dog walking, enrichment, and training reinforcement services to Barrington and surrounding communities. He also serves as Enrichment Manager and Events Assistant for Golden Dog Adventure Co.

Lucas is a dedicated canine enrichment specialist whose work is rooted in behavioral understanding, thoughtful structure, and real-world experience creating safe, engaging environments for dogs of all temperaments.

He completed both the Dog Enrichment Course and the Patient & Polite Dog Course through Instinct Dog Behavior & Training and is certified in Pet First Aid and CPR. Lucas continues to build on this foundation through ongoing study, hands-on work, and practical application in the field of enrichment and canine care.

Previously, Lucas served as Enrichment Coordinator at a local dog daycare and boarding facility, where he helped transform ordinary play yards into stimulating environments designed to support confidence, curiosity, and safe social play. He sourced and maintained enrichment equipment, designed customized activities based on individual dogs’ personalities and needs, and monitored group dynamics to help each dog succeed — especially those who needed extra patience or guidance.

Today, through Treasured Connections Pet Services and his work with Golden Dog Adventure Co., Lucas provides enrichment-centered support that helps dogs feel more confident, stimulated, and successful. His services include pet sitting, dog walking, enrichment sessions, and training reinforcement, with each experience tailored to the individual dog’s energy level, personality, and behavioral needs.

Lucas has also offered enrichment activities and supervised field trips for Mary’s Dogs, a local rescue organization, helping shelter dogs practice real-world skills, experience positive human interaction, and gain confidence outside of the shelter setting.

At community events, including Golden Dog gatherings, Lucas demonstrates customized enrichment activities and engages directly with handlers to help them better understand their dogs’ needs. In his role with Golden Dog, he also supports event setup, guest experience, enrichment activities, and safe, thoughtful event flow.

Whether working with a nervous rescue dog, an energetic adolescent, or a seasoned companion needing mental stimulation, Lucas approaches each dog with patience, structure, and respect — focused on helping them feel successful, stimulated, and secure.
