MEMBERS ONLY: Halloween Community Dinner (humans only)

Members, if you have already joined us for dinner this year, please wait until October 15th before registering to give other members a chance to join the fun!

ABOUT THE EVENT:
This adventure is for Golden Dog Club members only and their family/friends (arriving in the same car).

Pull up a chair for a little Halloween fun with your Golden Dog friends! Join us at our home in Barrington for a members-only Community Dinner filled with seasonal dishes, holiday-themed games, and time to catch up and get to know one another better.

Bring a favorite fall or holiday-inspired dish to share, whether that’s a cozy main course, a seasonal side, or a Halloween treat. We’ll gather around the table, enjoy everyone’s contributions, and share a few laughs over games.

Feeling festive? Come in costume! Whether you go all out or add a simple Halloween touch, we’d love to see your creativity. Dressing up is completely optional, so wear whatever makes you comfortable.

This gathering is for humans only. Please leave your dogs comfortably at home while you enjoy an afternoon with your fellow members.

What to Bring:

• A fall or holiday-themed main dish, side dish, or dessert to share.
• The recipe showing ingredient list to display with your dish so everyone can make informed choices.
• Your appetite and a little Halloween spirit.

Allergies & Food Sensitivities:

Please email woof@goldendognh.com in advance with any food allergies or sensitivities so we can keep them in mind as we coordinate the dinner.

Guests Welcome:

Each member is welcome to bring one guest. Please register for 2 tickets if you are bringing a guest so we have a head count for food. Each person will need to contribute a main dish, side dish, or dessert to the dinner.

We’re looking forward to a warm, casual evening of food, conversation, community, and fall inspiration.

Members, if you register and cannot attend, please cancel within 48 hours to avoid a cancellation fee of $25/person. This allows those on the waiting list an opportunity to join.

DIRECTIONS/PARKING:
This event will take place in Barrington, NH. Additional details will be emailed to guests 24 hours prior to the event.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE JOINING AN EVENT:
Please review our Club Guidelines, sign our Liability Waivers & Release Forms, and read our covid guidelines on our Events & Activities page. Please note that retractable leashes as well as aversive training tools such as prong/pinch, choke, bark control, shock, and spray collars are not allowed at our events.

CANCELLATIONS:
If weather or covid conditions make gathering and walking unsafe, the event will be cancelled and announced in the Event section of the Facebook Group and on this Calendar page. Those who have registered will also receive an email announcement.
